The series of miniature ceramic poodles explores character, colour and intuitive ceramic form. Loose modelling and experimental glazes result in small sculptural objects moving between exaggeration, spontaneity and poetic expression. The work is based on material experimentation, where clay, form and glaze interact through gesture and chance.
