SO FAR, SO CLOSE

“I am interested in the psychological dimension of human experience and in revealing the emotions that accompany the creative process. These emotions are often not linear but rather sinusoidal — they shift, fluctuate and are sometimes destructive, leading to new beginnings.”

Through porcelain and textile, I explore identity as something constantly evolving rather than fixed. My work reflects inner states, personal transformation, and the delicate balance between vulnerability and resilience.

Ceramics become a spatial extension of drawing — a physical record of gesture, movement and change. Textile allows traces, imprints and transitional moments to remain visible, creating a dialogue between soft and fragile materials, permanence and impermanence.

The works often emerge through phases of construction, disruption and partial destruction, where process itself becomes an essential part of meaning. Through material and form, I seek to create a space for reflection on identity as an embodied and continuously transforming experience.
